Carl Daikeler is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Beachbody Company, a leader in digital at-home fitness and nutrition with a 20+ year record of creating innovative content and powerful brands.

A sought-after direct marketing executive early in his career, Carl shifted his focus entirely to fitness and weight loss creating the surprise breakout hit, “:08 Minute Abs”, and recognizing the enormity of the in-home fitness content opportunity. Under his leadership, Beachbody was the first to forecast a future where the home would become the dominant and legitimate fitness and nutrition hub.  With some of the most consistent success using direct marketing to acquire customers, and the earliest of social-media influencer networks, Carl uses an empirical approach to develop product, test, learn, revise and rollout.  From inception Carl was focused on ensuring that Beachbody offered the total solution to healthy weight loss and fitness by incorporating meal planning, appropriate supplementation, and community.

Leveraging his extensive product marketing and direct response experience, Carl has led the creation of the most comprehensive catalogs of compelling fitness and nutrition content in the industry, with over 1,400 unique streaming videos from world-renowned experts.  The Beachbody model integrates supplements – such as the Shakeology® line of superfood protein supplements— and a peer-support system of over 400,000 Team Beachbody Coaches. 

Carl also runs the Beachbody Foundation which has contributed over 10 million dollars to various organizations including International Justice Mission, Hope Of The Valley, NAACP, The Lakota Tribe, Upward Bound House, Go Campaign, and Save-A-Warrior (SAW), among others.

Driven by his background in theater, in his spare time Carl is an active producer of multiple Broadway productions, winning two Tony Awards for Hadestown and the revival of Once On This Island. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.

Jon Congdon

Jon Congdon is Co-Founder, and President of The Beachbody Company, and CEO of Openfit, the all-in-one digital platform for fitness, nutrition and wellness.

As CEO of Openfit, Jon is responsible for driving the vision and growth of the platform. Under his leadership, Openfit has expanded its offerings for subscribers, including the addition of live classes, personalized meal-prep and nutrition tracking tools, and grown the subscriber base by 3.5X YTD 2020.

As President of Beachbody, he is responsible for all Direct to Consumer Marketing, Media, Strategic Analysis and Insights, and Human Resources (The People Department).

A former ranked beach volleyball player and functional fitness and yoga practitioner, Jon has long been an advocate for health and well-being, with a balanced approach to fitness, wellness and nutrition. He serves on the St. John’s Health Center Foundation’s Board of Trustees, and is a founding Board Member of the Careyes Foundation, addressing youth education and community issues in the Costa Allegre region in Jalisco, Mexico.

Jon graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He lives in Malibu, California, with his wife, Becca and daughter, Gigi.

Sue Collyns

Sue Collyns is President and Chief Financial Officer of The Beachbody Company, where she leads financial management and plays a critical role in managing all strategic, M&A and capital raise initiatives. Since joining Beachbody in 2014, she has helped transform the Company’s subscription based model, increasing subscriber growth more than 10x to 2.6M.

Sue has over three decades of technical expertise in finance, operations, strategy, technology, digital and consumer products and has held various financial positions at Sony/BMG Entertainment, Lion/Pepsi, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to Beachbody, she served as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp. (DBCC), a successful technology start-up.  Prior to that, she spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for California Pizza Kitchen (CPK).

Sue has received several prestigious awards, including Women Inc.’s “Most Influential Corporate Board Directors” in 2019, Board Circle’s “CFO of the Year” in 2014, Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ)’s “CFO of the Year” in 2013, and LABJ’s “Executive of the Year” in 2011.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Dine Brands Global, and formerly served as a Director and Audit Committee Chair of Zoe’s Kitchen (NYSE: ZOES) and WAITR (NASDAQ: WTRH), respectively, as well as on the Board and Audit Committee of Potbelly Sandwich Shop (NASDAQ: PBPB).

Sue holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia, where she graduated with high distinction. She also holds a postgraduate CPA from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, and was awarded Fellow Membership of CPA Australia in 2019. Born and raised in Australia, Sue played various competitive sports in school, and now, when she’s not home in Los Angeles with her husband and three children, she is passionate about traveling and staying fit.

Robert Gifford

Robert Gifford is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Beachbody Company, where he oversees the company’s operational infrastructure, driving company efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and enabling long-term growth strategies.

Robert built his technology, supply chain, logistics, and business leadership expertise while serving in senior executive roles with companies including Ecolab, Hewlett Packard (“HP”) and Ingram Micro, where he was Section 16 Corporate Officer. Early in his career he served in manufacturing, operations and logistics positions at Compaq, Tandem Computers Incorporated, DC Electronics, and Qual-Tronix. Prior to joining Beachbody he served as Head of Supply Chain and Quality, Ultrasound Division at Siemens Healthineers, an approximately $13B revenue company with more than 45K employees and a direct presence in 73 countries. Robert led all aspects of the Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory functions related to producing ultrasound equipment for the healthcare industry, including global demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, quality and regulatory compliance.

Prior to that he served as a Corporate Officer, Senior Executive Vice President and President, Supply Chain Solutions, at Ingram Micro Inc., after leading the company’s Global Logistics Operations as Executive Vice President. He led all aspects of this $46B global business supply chain, with 100+ distribution centers, while simultaneously leading a separate, stand-alone $450M P&L business unit, and managing the Call Center Operations and Technology Development.  He also led the M&A activities for the Logistics Business Unit, buying 3 Technology Companies and integrating them into the business, giving Ingram Supply Chain solutions the capability to manage the ecommerce logistics of tier one companies like Apple and Walmart.com

Robert also serves as a Board Director for Benchmark Electronics (NYSE: BHE), a $2.5B contract manufacturer serving the defense, aerospace, medical and technology industries, where he chairs the Compensation Committee, and for Logistyx Technologies, a software company providing solutions to the logistics industry. He has also served in Board Director and advisor roles for multiple nonprofit organizations including Second Harvest of Orange County, Second Harvest Heartland of Minnesota, and The Nature Conservancies Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota Chapters.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from San Jose State University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University. While his career has taken him to more than 35 countries around the world, Robert currently resides with his family in Incline Village, Nevada. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing and playing his guitar and piano.

Michael Neimand

Michael Neimand is Division President of Network Marketing at The Beachbody Company, where he leads the company’s direct selling channel, Team Beachbody, and the division’s international expansion activity while overseeing the Coach Development, Marketing, Communications, Events and Recognition and Network Analytics teams.

Michael has more than 24 years of experience as an executive in the direct selling industry, and has helped shape Beachbody’s successful coach network since joining the Company in 2006.

Prior to Beachbody, Michael spent 11 years working at Herbalife in a number of capacities including senior management positions within Sales Strategy, International Development, Manufacturing and Administration. He’s also held various roles at London-based BAE Systems, one of the world’s leading global defense, security and aerospace companies.

Michael holds a degree in theater, film and television from the University of California, Los Angeles. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, sporadically reading multiple books at once, and falling asleep with the TV on.

Kathy Vrabeck

Kathy Vrabeck is Chief Strategy Officer of The Beachbody Company, where she is responsible for prioritizing and driving strategic growth initiatives, with particular attention on how departments work together, division of responsibilities, human capital allocation, and M&A efforts and integration.

Kathy has over two decades of general management experience in consumer package goods and digital entertainment, and a decade of talent acquisition and advisory expertise. Before joining Beachbody she was a Senior Client Partner in the Los Angeles office of Korn Ferry, a global talent and organizational advisory firm, where she led the Consumer Digital Practice, working closely with consumer and technology clients. Prior to that, she was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as Global Sector Leader of their Media, Entertainment and Digital practice and partner-in-charge of the Los Angeles office.

Kathy has held leadership roles at Legendary Entertainment, where she served as President, Legendary Digital and was responsible for the creation, management and delivery of digital entertainment; at Electronic Arts, Inc., where she served as President, EA Casual Entertainment and led EA’s efforts in the fastest growing segments of the video game market: mobile, online, social networking and global media sales; and at Activision, Inc., where she served as President, Activision Publishing, overseeing Activision’s product development and global brand management and publishing operations. Earlier in her career, Kathy held various marketing, sales and finance positions with ConAgra, The Pillsbury Company, Quaker Oats, and Eli Lilly and Company.

She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nominations & Governance Committee of MediaAlpha (NYSE: MAX). Additionally, Kathy serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of DePauw University.

She graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree in French and economics. She received her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with concentrations in marketing and finance. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys traveling with her two children and friends.

Helene Klein

Helene Klein is Chief People Officer of The Beachbody Company, where she oversees the Company’s strategic people objectives. Key initiatives include attracting and retaining top-tier talent as well as directing Total Rewards, Organization & Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion for the Company.

Since joining in 2008, Helene has significantly contributed to Beachbody’s overall growth by increasing the number of full-time employees from 150 to over 1,000. During this period, revenues grew to over $1 billion. Additionally, she is responsible for employee experience through Property Management for each of Beachbody’s six offices, including Santa Monica, California, El Segundo, California, Provo, Utah, New York City, New York, and the United Kingdom.

Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for EMAK Worldwide, a multinational marketing services company, where she was a key advisor to the Board of Directors, CEO, and Executive Committee. She provided leadership and management to both the human resources and administration functions, while overseeing a $35MM annualized global payroll in five domestic and seven international offices.

Prior, Helene managed all employment matters of a $1.8 billion division of Robinsons-May department stores with over 15,000 employees and beforehand, served as Associate Vice President of Corporate Quality Services at FHP, Healthcare, Inc.

Helene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.

Jonathan Gelfand

Jonathan Gelfand is Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development at The Beachbody Company, where he advises the Company with respect to corporate governance, compliance, complex transactions, intellectual property registration and protection, advertising, privacy, marketing, regulatory and government affairs, litigation management, and anti-piracy and counterfeit protection.

On the business development side, Johnathan focuses on exploring new business opportunities and distribution models. He joined Beachbody in 2006. Gelfand has over 23 years of experience representing clients involved in entertainment, new media and emerging technologies, advertising, privacy and marketing, and intellectual property matters, with a focus on direct response marketing, multilevel marketing, and electronic retailing.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel for Miss A, LLC and Marketplace Products LLC, where he created two separate retail and direct response product companies and managed all business and legal aspects. Prior to this, Johnathan served as Senior Counsel for Sylmark, Inc. and beforehand, as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP.

Jonathan became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) for the United States in 2016 and for Europe in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School.

Bryan Muehlberger

Bryan Muehlberger is Chief Information Officer of The Beachbody Company, where he leads a global technology team in its efforts to prepare for future scalability, while driving company efficiency, and developing technology strategies to better serve company-wide objectives.

Bryan was nominated for the 2019 CIO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal. In 2018, while under his leadership, Beachbody received the CIO100 Award – a prestigious award given to companies that leverage technology in innovative ways to drive growth.

Over Bryan’s 25+ year career, his strong business acumen combined with solid technology leadership has been pertinent in laying the foundation for corporate growth, transforming both technology organizations and company-wide operations, while continuously improving key business functions for advancement and expansion in the digital era.

Prior to joining Beachbody, Bryan served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology for Red Bull North America where he implemented a corporate innovation program called Red Bull Labs, launched the first-ever Advanced Analytics and Data Science team, and successfully built and delivered enterprise-scale internal and external web and mobile solutions – while ultimately molding the Company’s US-based IT organization into a world-class technology business partner.

Bryan’s previous experience also includes driving innovation at Maritz Holdings, developing and executing strategic technological direction while serving as CIO of EVOLVE24 (formerly a Division of Maritz Holdings), as well as leading technology and new product development initiatives related to the launch of Consumerology® – Express Scripts.  He is an active angel investor, and serves on various advisory boards in the technology space.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Selina Tobaccowala

Selina Tobaccowala is the Chief Digital Officer of The Beachbody Company’s Openfit brand, where she leads the digital streaming platform’s engineering, product, and design departments.

Selina joined the Openfit team following the Company’s acquisition of Gixo, an innovative live workout fitness start-up of which she co-founded and led as CEO. Her extensive background includes roles such as President & CTO at SurveyMonkey, where she led the company to become the world’s dominant online survey platform, with 16 million surveys processed per day and SVP of Product and Technology at Ticketmaster, overseeing European engineering and product operations. Selina’s career really began however, in her dorm room during her time at Stanford, where she co-founded and served as VP of Engineering for online invitation service Evite, alongside her fellow Gixo co-founder Al Lieb.

Selina currently sits on the board of directors at Redfin, a $3 billion dollar full-service technology-enabled real estate brokerage company. She previously served for two years as a board member of Tugboat Yards Inc., an online subscription management company that has since been acquired by Facebook.

Selina holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University in California, where she graduated with honors. She currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Selina likes to play board games, go hiking, and travel with her family. 

Kit Boyd

Kit is Chief Supply Chain Officer of The Beachbody Company, where he leads all aspects of internal and external supply chain functions to drive the company’s growth strategies. His team, along with key partners and suppliers, deliver the highest quality nutritional and fitness products to our customers in North America and Europe every day. Kit is responsible for the development of enterprise Supply Chain strategy and its execution, including innovation and deployment, planning, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution.

Kit built his leadership and business expertise serving in executive roles across a diverse spectrum of companies spanning Automotive, Technology and Chemical sectors. Prior to joining our team, Kit was EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Neovia Logistics, formally Caterpillar logistics. Serving in a direct report capacity to the CEO and the Board of Directors, Kit brought innovation and process efficiency to help orchestrate a $760M turnaround with double digit EBITDA and led a team of almost 8,000 associates, operating 100 distribution facilities in 20 countries. He owned all aspects of the supply chain including quality, real estate, planning, and distribution. Other prior experience in senior roles include running global operations for Ingram Micro, the world’s largest information technology company with $46B in revenue; helping lead manufacturing and fulfillment for Ecolab, a fortune 500 leader in the production of specialty chemicals; and managing a variety of supply chain functions in the high tech arena with Hewlett-Packard and Compaq Computer.

As a retired military veteran, Kit served for over 20-years in the Air Force between active duty and the reserves. He spent the majority of his career with Space Command, launching satellites from delivery vehicles that included the space shuttle, Titan IV rocket, and the Delta rocket.

Kit holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and an MBA from Chapman University. Kit resides in Orange County with his family and enjoys the ocean, hiking, and golf.
